After Dennis Smith’s leave of office, Tuğber Yaşa and Burcu Başer will be carrying out the General Management position at ITE Turkey- E Uluslararası Fuar Tanıtım Hizmetleri A.Ş. together.
A decleration from the company headquarters indicates that, as of January 1st, 2006 Tuğber Yaşa is the General Manager responsible from Sales, and Burcu Başer is the General Manager responsible from the Operations. As we all know, as the Turkish affiliate of ITE, since 1999, E Uluslar arası Fuar Tanıtım Hizmetleri A.Ş. ITE, has been organizing events such as ANKOMAK, STATIONERY, and OPTICS exhibitions, CASPIAN Conference Series as well as sales of exhibition and other events that ITE organizes abroad. Tuğber Yaşa was born in İstanbul in 1970 and graduated from Istanbul Technical University – Department of Civil Engineering. Since 1997 he has served in various companies that ITE Group PLC was an affiliate of in Turkey. In his last post, before this promotion, he used to work as the department manager at ITE Turkey EUF (E Uluslararası Fuar Tanıtım Hizmetleri A.Ş.). As of January 1st, he got appopinted as the EUF General Manager responsible from Sales. Burcu Başer, graduated from Istanbul Technical University – Department of Architecture. She completed her graduate degree at ITU and continued her PhD at the same institution. After working as a project coordinator in various tourism investments and contractor companies, she started as the Technical Manager at ITE Group PLC’s Turkish affiliate E Uluslararası Fuar Tanıtım Hizmetleri A.Ş. in year 2002. At EUF she got appointed to the positions of Exhibition Venues Manager and Operational Director, respectively; and finally, as of January 1st, 2006, she got appointed to the positon of General Manager responsible from sales at EUF.
